My quotes include all labor, installation materials, and grout. They do not include the tile. The Client is responsible for providing the tile. By supplying installation materials that I have come to know and trust, I am able to stand behind my installations for a lifetime. Becuase of this, I will not work with client supplied materials such as, but not limited to, adhesives, backerboards, shower pans, and grout unless they are the materials I already work with. To ensure the end product is up to my standards, and for liability reasons, I must handle every portion of the tile project for showers and tubs. I will not work off of prep work that has been done by someone else for these areas. I also will not complete projects that have already been started by another person.
For liability reasons I do not offer repair services at this time. This includes only replacing small portions of tile projects. For example, contractor will not reaplace Just the shower pan in a shower, just a few tiles that a plumber has removed. Contractor does not offer repair services such as, removing or replacing grout, replacing broken or chipped tiles, restoration, Cleaning, resealing or recaulking.
